This is a reproduction of a very early trade bead that was found in many Early Native American sites. The earliest Chevron beads were 7 layers of glass. This bead has 7 layers of glass. This is a very early style and can date to around the 1600's. This bead design was taken from an original sample. The bead measures approx 11x20mm.
