Disclaimer Errors and mistakes occur in many different ways; Some of these mistakes are human errors while others are computer or internet errors. Due to this fact, T & T Trading inc. reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Privacy We believe in an individuals right to privacy. Any personal information supplied to us will be kept confidential. This includes, but is not limited to: - Email Address - Postal Address - Telephone Number Shipping To ensure that you get your shipment in a timely manner, we generally try to ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We also offer UPS shipping as an alternative for larger orders. If you would like to ship via UPS, please choose them during the checkout process. Orders In order to reduce costs for you, we require a $25 minimum order. We have made this requirement to eliminate the "small order service fee" that some other companies use. Once your payment has been processed, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Returns Our company is a cash and carry company, we DO NOT accept returns. There are a couple of reasons for this: Many companies will offer 2nd's in their merchandise. Many of those items are available on the open market and no one will tell you this. At T & T Trading, we only offer 1st quality merchandise. In the past we have had merchandise returned to us that we did not sell. This can very easily interfere with the quality of products we offer. Also, we have seen a substantial number of products returned after a few items were taken from the package. We feel that in order to keep our prices as low as possible, we cannot allow returns. We hope you understand... Taxes We are required by law to collect sales tax for every order in the state of Michigan. Each state has it's own laws on internet transactions. You are responsible for paying taxes in accordance with your own state's sales tax laws. |
